Visalia Marriott at the Convention Center

"Near Hospital and at the Convention Center. Lobby area looks nice. Room clean but furniture stained and could use replacement. Placement of shower amenties in awkward spot. Breakfast was good - quality avocado toast and nice buffet with made to order eggs/omelets. Coffee decent but not strong."

"The Marriott Visalia is the only full service hotel in the downtown area. It is near the convention center. It has room for banquets, weddings and special events. When we were here, 3 Christmas parties were in full swing with music, food and many attendees. While this Marriott does not have an executive/concierge lounge, it does offer a breakfast buffet for all guests. Appropriately, Marriott loyalty guests to get the perk of a free full breakfast for two if you..."

"Rooms are clean, no bugs, but dark. Needs more lighting. Buffet is $25 for breakfast-pricey. I got turned away on the last morning and was told to go to Starbucks by a server. Location was good, close to Main Street for restaurants."

"It was a pleasant stay. All the staff were very nice. Room was spacious but must not have any sound proof as I could hear all the conversations my neighbors were having. I could hear all the details, so no privacy. Breakfast was good with cooked to order egg stations. They have EV chargers which was nice."

"Breakfast at the Visalia Marriott was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the experience unforgettable was Gloria. She runs that dining room like it is her own beautiful kitchen, warm, welcoming, and perfectly organized. Gloria celebrated my mom’s birthday so thoughtfully and made us feel incredibly special. Kind, attentive, and clearly the boss of the room in the best way. A wonderful way to start the morning."

"Bomb. I've been to other places around this area. Here rooms are well kept great beds air conditioner not noisy good elevator the onsite food bar fitness etc are off the hook and well maintained. You'll spend a negligible amount of money on breakfast and parking but it's worth it. Great staff. Highly recommend this one"
